What I love most about photography is that it's a collaboration. My job isn't just to point a camera — it's to make you feel comfortable enough that the real moments can come through and to have the eye to catch them when they do.

Before photography, I built characters and worlds as a 3D Artist in Game Development — training my eye in composition, light, color, and visual storytelling at a level most people spend decades chasing. That foundation lives in every image I make.

The name Hare and Hound has a simple, personal origin: It was named after the Chinese zodiac signs for my wife and I. According to the Chinese zodiac, I (Danny) was born in the year of the Rabbit and my wife (Jess) was born in the year of the Dog. While I handle what happens in front of the lens, Jess handles the heart of the business behind the scenes. Together, we're the team that's honored to bring to life the images you want in a way that feels effortless and enjoyable.
